Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every order from TKTXReal.co.uk. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products (topical cosmetic creams), all sales are considered final once dispatched. We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons. This is consistent with your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempt perishable and personal hygiene goods from standard cancellation rights once the seal has been broken.
30-Day Defect & Error Window
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion. To qualify, the item must be:
- Reported within 30 days of the delivery date
- Accompanied by a clear photo of the defect or incorrect item
- In its original packaging where possible
How to Request a Return or Refund
Email us at info@tktxreal.co.uk with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Do not return any items without first contacting us — unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order free of charge if it has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been fulfilled and is with Royal Mail, we are unable to cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Card refunds may take additional time depending on your bank. We will notify you by email once your refund has been processed.
Exceptions
We are unable to offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Change of mind after dispatch
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Delivery delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control
- Incorrect delivery address provided at checkout
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you have a legal dispute, you may also refer to the Citizens Advice Bureau at citizensadvice.org.uk.
